Rules for Room HIre
Booking rules Monday to Thursday & Sunday 10am – 6pm
Minimum 60 mins booking.
Please clean the room with antibacterial spray and dispose of your rubbish in the appropriate bins.
Please tell management of any items broken or damaged during the session.
If you make a booking and need to cancel please do so with a minimum of 24-hour notice. Should you cancel on the same day then you are still liable for the total cost of the booking. The only exception is if there is a *severe emergency that can be discussed with management. Please understand that this is a member’s club and the booking made by you will stop others from the opportunity to hire the room, therefore we will loose that booking completely if you randomly change your mind.
Should you be hiring for work purposes then you will need to book the slot AFTER you receive a deposit. If anyone changes their mind on the day, for any reason, you will still need to pay for the booking. Please ensure that your deposit is sufficient to cover this situation.
Friday and Saturday 6pm onwards is most likely to be an event. Rooms are still available for members to use.
